08:40 The Belmond British Pullman departs London Victoria Train Station for Oxford. Light brunch & a welcoming glass of Bellini is served.
11:45 Arrive at Oxford Station. Coach transfer to Belmond Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons. Transfer distance is approx 12.9 miles.
– Arrive Belmond Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons. Three course set luncheon accompanied by a glass of selected wine per course.
– Guests have the opportunity to explore the grounds with any remaining time.
– Coach departs for Oxford Station.
– Board Belmond British Pullman for London Victoria Train Station.
17:20 The Belmond British Pullman departs. Dessert, cheese and coffee served on return journey.
19:45 Arrive at London Victoria Station. All guests depart.

Wimbledon is the world’s oldest tennis tournament and one of the most prestigious events in the sporting calendar. Taking place every summer at the magnificent All England Lawn Tennis Club since 1877, it’s one of the 4 Grand Slam tennis tournaments, a quintessentially British experience and one the most sought after events.

The Lawn is a spacious and sleek facility. Visitors can relax in this stunning restaurant from the moment they walk through door thanks to the 1st class service on offer. All guests will enjoy a menu designed and served by world-class chef Albert Roux OBE, who works alongside son Michel Roux Jr. and granddaughter Emily Roux. Throughout the day guests can relax in the garden area, whilst sipping on bespoke cocktails and being serenaded by the live musicians.

10:30 Guests are invited to make their way to their hospitality facility, The Lawn, which is situated opposite Gate 5 of the AELTC, in the grounds of the Wimbledon Cricket Club using their Hospitality ETicket.
11:00 A welcoming cocktail is served to your table upon arrival.
– Complimentary bar of selected beer, wine, champagne, mainline spirits, specially designed cocktails and soft drinks opens.
From 11:30 3 course à la carte luncheon is served.
– Kindly note match tickets will be issued to the host during luncheon.
13:00 Play commences on Centre Court.
16:00 Traditional Wimbledon afternoon tea is served until 18:00.
19:00 Selected complimentary bar and The Lawn facility closes. All guests depart.


We recommend that guests dress the smarter side of casual: jeans, running shoes, sports shorts, caps and flipflops are not permitted.

The Lioness, Wembley Stadium

One of the planet’s biggest rock bands, Bon Jovi announce their return to the UK and will play Wembley Stadium. They will be joined by special guests – Manic Street Preachers. Bon Jovi will finish what they started by returning to Wembley stadium in London, 19 years after they were the last band to play the old Wembley. Since forming 35 years ago the band have put out 13 studio albums and sold over 100 million records worldwide.

Wembley has launched a brand new exclusive experience. Wander around the Lioness and discover some brilliant memories and artefacts from Wembley’s history. On your own mini-tour find photos, trophies and much more. The Lioness is a new members only facility at the heart of the stadium. Be one of the first to experience this new phenomenal.


  • Private tables for groups of 4, 6, 8 and 10 guests subject to availability (smaller parties accommodated on a shared basis).

22:30 Guests are invited to enjoy the post-concert selected complimentary bar and refreshments for 1 hour within The Lioness Restaurant.
23:30 Selected complimentary bar closes.
