SALES EXECUTIVE - LEICESTER

Due to the growth in our business, we are looking for people like you!

Here at ICE we sell VIP event tickets and tables – mainly within the sporting sector, some of our most prestigious events include Royal Ascot, Wimbledon and the Grand Prix (in Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Monaco & of course, the UK).

We also provide more cultural experiences such as music events like The Brits & Glastonbury to name a few!

The Opportunity
We are looking for ambitious and money hungry individuals to join our expanding Sales Executive team.

After 19 years in the business, we believe that sales experience isn't necessarily the most important thing for us, having a great attitude is, the rest, we will teach you.

  • Starting salary £24,000, plus uncapped commission, with a OTE in the first year of minimum £40,000 
  • An excellent structured career path
  • Early finishes dependant on achieving targets

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Target our portfolio of warm leads
  • Learn and develop knowledge on worldwide sporting and cultural events
  • Account manage existing clients through networking, attending events and client entertainment

The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude, be a self-starter and have the confidence to go that extra mile to secure the sale!

We offer an excellent structured career path, individual and team rewards and lots more!

You'll work from 9am-5pm Monday – Friday in a bright, vibrant and friendly office in the city centre. 

We offer a very competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission on all sales with realistic minimum first year earnings of 40k. Our top Account Managers earn in excess of 150k per year.

The Opportunity

Brief

A full design and install of a new office space that embodies the persona of the company, providing a positive and energetic working environment.

A Leicester based events agency, Imperial Corporate Events (ICE) briefed Office Twelve to design and install their new office space in the recently vacated, Leicester Mercury building. Due to the business' growing success, they needed to expand into a new office space. In addition to the move ICE wanted to take the opportunity to advocate the businesses culture in the working environment, something that was not being adopted currently. The move would see the office space change from being split out over two floors to a single floor, open plan environment.

The company youthfulness, optimism and energy needed to be the blue print of the whole design. The criteria of the deign had to include spaces that would promote collaborative working, team areas that would generate a feeling of family and break out social areas. An all-encompassing space that creates a sense of motivation and inspiration upon entering the office space.

 

Approach

A colourful, vibrant interior that's been designed to motivate and inspire employees, offering a selection of working spaces that promote collaboration.

Office Twelve's creative team worked closely with senior management to gain a full understanding of the business and its culture, a youthful and energetic ecosystem that encourages employees to be part of the bigger picture. To maximise the client's budget Office Twelve minimised structural works and relied on the use of primary colours that evoke energy and empowerment. Quotes and words handpicked from the client were transformed into super scaled graphics occupying wall surfaces throughout the space, inspiring motivation as soon as people walk through the door.
