How do I log on?
- You will be sent an e-mail and a temp password to register your account
- You have 72 hours to register your account and create your own password from receiving the e-mail
- Your user account name is the e-mail address that you have logged with Imperial
I have missed the 72 hour time-line to register, what do I do?
- Email a request for a second mail to Portal@imperial.events
What do I see when I log on?
- Your personal dashboard will show
- All of your current bookings – upcoming events
- Any information due and overdue
- Any payments due and overdue
- Event Details
- Full details of what will happen on your event
- Event Feedback
- A opportunity for you to give feedback after you have attended a event
