11:00 Gates open. Guests are invited to make their way to The Furlong Club located next to the main Grandstand, close to the Bandstand and Parade Ring. Please proceed up to the entrance and provide your company name (used at time of booking) and you will be guided to your table for the day.

From 12:00 Four course set luncheon is served.
13:50 First race commences.
From 15:30 Traditional afternoon tea is served.

17:50 Bar closes 30 minutes after the start of the last race.
