Day 1
Guests are invited to check in at a London Airport for their outbound flight to Cork Airport.
On arrival into Cork Airport, guests will be greeted by our in resort representatives & transferred to Old Head Golf Links for their first round of golf, played in four balls.
Light lunch offering is served at Old Head Golf Links, served with selected beverages.
After the golf has concluded guests are transferred to Cork Kent Station & will board the Belmond Grand Hibernian.
Enjoy an evening of live entertainment, pre-dinner drinks & a three course evening menu accompanied by selected wines within one of the two restaurant carriages – Sligo & Wexford, before retiring to your cabin for the evening or enjoying a night cap in the Kildare bar carriage.
Belmond Grand Hibernian makes it’s way to stabling location for the evening.
Day 2
Guest will awake to the tranquillity of the Emerald vistas & enjoy breakfast as the train leaves it’s stabling location.
Guests will disembark the Belmond Grand Hibernian before taking the transfer to Lahinch Golf Club to play their second round of golf, in four balls & enjoy a delicious lunch within the Clubhouse, served with selective beverages.
After the round guests are transferred back to the arrival station & will re-join the Belmond Grand Hibernian for a second evening of live entertainment, pre-dinner drinks & three course evening menu accompanied by selected wines before the Belmond Grand Hibernian makes it’s way to stabling location for the evening.
Day 3
Guests will awake to enjoy breakfast before disembarking the Belmond Grand Hibernian to take the transfer to Royal County Down Golf Club to play their third & final round of golf, in four balls.
After the round guests are transferred & re-join the Belmond Grand Hibernian for their final evening of live entertainment, pre-dinner drinks & three course evening menu accompanied by selected wines before the Belmond Grand Hibernian makes it’s way to stabling location for the evening.
Day 4
Guest will awake to enjoy their final breakfast as the train leaves it’s stabling location before making it’s final journey to Dublin.
On arrival into Dublin guests will disembark Belmond Grand Hibernian, before being transferred to Dublin Airport for their return flight home to a London Airport.

– Boarding for the Venice Simplon Orient-Express will take place 20 minutes prior to depart on Platform 4. Your carriage steward will assist you with boarding formalities.
11:30 The train departs Venice Santa Lucia Station. After you have settled in a three course lunch will be served in one of the restaurant cars.
– Spend the afternoon relaxing in the comfort of your cabin gazing at the beautiful passing scenery. A selection of pastries are served in your cabin with coffee, if you wish.
– A leisurely four course dinner is prepared on board by the skilled French Chefs.
– Explore the social hub of the train, the famous ‘3674’ Bar Car.
– Retire to your cabin which has been transformed into a cosy bedroom.
Venice Simplon Orient-Express Arrival Day.
– Continental breakfast is served in your cabin by your steward at a time to suit you. Your steward will also assist with transforming your cabin from a bedroom back into a sofa for comfort.
– A delicious brunch is served in the restaurant cars as guests travel towards the French coast for the Channel Crossing.
– Guests enjoy the comfort of a luxury transfer through the Channel Crossing to Folkstone.
– Guests join the art deco Belmond British Pullman for the journey from Folkstone to London.
– A traditional afternoon tea is served with a glass of sparkling English wine before arriving at London Victoria.

During the day, smart daywear is appropriate, to ensure that the experience on the train is enjoyed by all, please do not wear jeans, T-shirts or trainers. In the evenings, the minimum requirement for gentlemen is jacket and tie and an equivalent standard for ladies. However, such is the ambience of the train that guests may wish to dress in their most glamorous finer, including black tie.


The Pavilion, The Tower of London

Hosting the event will be the brilliant writer and stand-up comedian Gary Delaney who is the premier gag smith of his generation and through twitter he’s become one of the most followed and quoted comedians in the country. Entertainment will follow from Canadian Tom Stade, who has earned a reputation as one of the most original and exciting stand-up talents around before the main act – Al Murray ‘The Pub Landlord’ takes centre stage. Be fully prepared to have your funny bones tickled, your sides split and to have a barrel of laughs with this stellar line up. It’ll be an afternoon you won’t forget.

The Pavilion at the Tower of London is one venue which needs no introduction. Situated in the shadow of one of the capital’s most iconic landmarks, this prestigious venue is an exciting addition to the Tower.

Once again The Hurlingham Club will become the home of F1 ahead of the infamous British GP for its 10th Annual Grand Prix Ball.

Than glamorous black tie affair will have you amazed from the moment you step onto the red carpet, walking alongside the stars of Formula 1. Mix with a star-studded celebrity guest list during a Champagne reception and 3 course dinner and continue the night being entertained with live performances by award winning UK artists and DJs, as we prepare for the Grand Prix at Silverstone.

Hear the echoes of their engines as the F1 demonstration lights up the tarmac. You’ll then be wined and dined and entertained in stunning surroundings on the banks of the River Thames. Guests can mingle amongst the stunning display of iconic Formula 1 cars.
