Goodwood Revival – Mess Pavilion

13th September

Mess Pavilion

Every September the Revival recreates the golden era of Goodwood Motor Circuit, between 1948 and 1966. This extraordinary event, a theatrical and sporting drama, assembles the most significant racing cars and motorcycles along with legendary drivers and riders from the past and stars of today.

Let your hair down and let the good times roll in this uniquely themed venue. Be at the centre of the action trackside, next to the assembly area and just beyond the start/finish line with great views all the way to Madgwick Corner. Although not compulsory, the vast majority of Revival visitors dress in period style with many going to great lengths to achieve that authentic look. The resulting step-back-in-time spectacle plays a key role in making the Revival such a unique event. Whether you go for the slick urban look, gentrified country style or chocs-away military aesthetic, it’s not difficult or costly to dress appropriately. The fabulous style of the 1940s - 60s is not one that we can often emulate, but the Revival is a place where this era of fashion is not just the norm - it is celebrated and cherished. Please note that when accessing the Paddock area, a jacket and tie is necessary for gentlemen, and a dress or suit for the ladies.
