Joining us on board will be the British Chef & household name, best known for presenting Saturday Kitchen & appearing on The Great British Menu - Matt Tebutt. Multi Michelin Star award-winning chef, Jean Christophe Novelli, dubbed 'The Nations's Favourite French Chef', paired with his partner in crime, the well-known TV Italian chef Aldo Zilli.

Relax in your sumptuous armchair and admire the intricate marquetry, gleaming crystal and silken lampshades before a light brunch with a glass of Champagne is served. On arrival at the station you will be transferred by coach to Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons restaurant which has been described as “a twist of imaginative genius”. For many years, the 3 Michelin Star restaurant in Bray, has been at the forefront of multisensorial dining. Becoming more aware of the influence that the emotions, the surroundings and interactions have in the overall dining experience has allowed them to transformed the menu into a map highlighted by a journey consisting of 16 courses. The cottages we use are 180 years old and located within a moment's walk of pretty Bray High Street with lovely views over the memorial gardens. The quaint, picket fence and gate leads through a quintessentially English garden to the front door, the façade concealing the surprising spaciousness of the interiors.
