17:00 Arrive at Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill. To ensure service is not rushed we ask you to please arrive promptly. Please quote your company name used at time of booking to the maître d’ on arrival and you will be shown to your table for the evening.
– Upon being seated a welcoming glass of selected Champagne is served to your table, followed by your pre-theatre three course meal.
– After dinner service please make your way from Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill to the Piccadilly Theatre which is approximately an 9 minute drive (1.2 miles) or a 16 minute walk (0.8 of a mile). If travelling by car, please take into consideration London traffic.

Venice Simplon Orient Express Departure Day.
– Check out of the Belmond Hotel Cipriani. Please be ready in reception for your shared transfer to Venice Santa Lucia Train Station.
– Boarding for the Venice Simplon Orient-Express will take place 20 minutes prior to depart on Platform 4. Your carriage steward will assist you with boarding formalities.
11:30 The train departs Venice Santa Lucia Station. After you have settled in a three course lunch will be served in one of the restaurant cars.
– Spend the afternoon relaxing in the comfort of your cabin gazing at the beautiful passing scenery. A selection of pastries are served in your cabin with coffee, if you wish.
– A leisurely four course dinner is prepared on board by the skilled French Chefs.
– Explore the social hub of the train, the famous ‘3674’ Bar Car.
– Retire to your cabin which has been transformed into a cosy bedroom.
Venice Simplon Orient-Express Arrival Day.
– Continental breakfast is served in your cabin by your steward at a time to suit you. Your steward will also assist with transforming your cabin from a bedroom back into a sofa for comfort.
– A delicious brunch is served in the restaurant cars as guests travel towards the French coast for the Channel Crossing.
– Guests enjoy the comfort of a luxury transfer through the Channel Crossing to Folkstone.
– Guests join the art deco Belmond British Pullman for the journey from Folkstone to London.
– A traditional afternoon tea is served with a glass of sparkling English wine before arriving at London Victoria.
18:30 The Belmond British Pullman arrives at London Victoria Station.

During the day, smart daywear is appropriate, to ensure that the experience on the train is enjoyed by all, please do not wear jeans, T-shirts or trainers. In the evenings, the minimum requirement for gentlemen is jacket and tie and an equivalent standard for ladies. However, such is the ambience of the train that guests may wish to dress in their most glamorous finer, including black tie.
