Manchester United moved into Old Trafford on 19 February 1910, with Liverpool the visitors for the inaugural match. On the final day of the 2006-07 season, West Ham travelled to Old Trafford needing a result to survive relegation. Carlos Tevez, whose controversial signing had already landed the club a record fine, scored the only goal to secure a 1-0 win and keep the Hammers up. Sheffield United went down instead and launched legal action. Tevez, of course, would sign for Manchester United that same summer. The whole affair remains one of the most contentious episodes in Premier League history.

West Ham's move to the London Stadium in 2016 ended 112 years at the Boleyn Ground in Upton Park. Manchester United were the final visitors, winning 3-2 in an emotional farewell.
