Went to see Mo Gilligan at the O2 and could not believe the level of service I received! The O2 restaurants are super super busy on the night of events but due to our reservation we skipped the queues, had a lovely 3 course meal in the Gaucho and even had time to have a few drinks in the Amex lounge before the show and experience the live band. The allocation of our Box was amazing, 5/5 would definitely recommend big cheers Dan for sorting us out, looking forward to Peter Kay

We attended the Peter Kay show and the Gaucho restuarant beforehand. We liked the product and the booking of it was simple. The hosts in the box at the venue were excellent but the information for downloading the necessary apps for entry to the venue was complicated for me, being a little lacking in technical knowledge. I also felt that the meal beforehand was unnecessarily rushed as the information from ICE said that we had to get into the venue 90 minutes after arriving for the 5pm dinner. We would have happily stayed longer in the restaurant, paying for more drinks and enjoying the ambience rather than rushing up to an empty box in a fairly empty venue at 6.30pm. a full 90 minutes before the show was scheduled to start.
Had an amazing experience through this company which was a lovely gift for my 50th birthday. They took care of me 100% the box where we were seated was spectacular views to see Peter Kay. The meal that went with the show was just wonderful and the service was 2nd to none. Thank you again for all your help and for making this, event a lifetime memory . Special thanks to Chloé and Megan for the booking.
Thank you Dan for sorting us a box for Mo Gilligan. The level of service was excellent and the views from the box were amazing. As soon as we arrived we had priority access into the venue to avoid the mad rush before the show. Once we were in the venue we were able to have food in the privacy of our box whilst watching the acts as well as a continuous flow of drinks without waiting in long queues!!! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience this.
Food was very good in Guacho as was service. Excellent seats to watch show.
