We put a significant amount of trust in our partners, clients, customers, suppliers and contacts to treat our staff with dignity and respect. Only through this mutual partnership of dignity, trust and respect can the aims of Imperial Corporate Events be possible.

In recognition of the paramount importance of a respectful, safe, and harassment-free working environment, we, Imperial Corporate Events, present this Respect Charter.

Our commitment to ethical business practices underlies our belief in the fundamental right of all individuals to work free from any form of harassment, discrimination, or intimidation. This Respect Charter outlines our core values, expectations, and actions concerning the conduct of all parties engaged with our business.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or intimidation against our employees will not be tolerated. We expect all partners to promote a culture of respect within their organisations and ensure that their actions are in line with our Core Values. We understand that there can sometimes be unexpected events or changes and this may cause frustration. Our team are there to make sure that our client’s have an amazing experience. Where there are some aspects that do not go to plan, we expect our staff to be dealt with in a respectful way. We want your event to be as amazing as you imagined it would be and will work hard with you to ensure this takes place.

Actions

We will act decisively to safeguard our employees, including discontinuing business relationships with any third party found to engage in behaviours contrary to our values. We will not allow sexual harassment of our staff at any time and will act immediately to remove any individual who engages in sexual harassment of our staff. We trust our partners to support us in these necessary steps and share our commitment to a respectful working environment. We encourage all partners to disseminate this Respect Charter within their organisations, ensuring all individuals interacting with our employees understand and respect our stance.

We believe in open communication and mutual understanding as key to maintaining healthy business relationships. We are committed to fostering a dialogue that promotes clarity, understanding, and mutual respect.
