The Tennis was great

The Tennis was great. However the stated entry time was 10.30am. Did not open until 11am. The stated finish time was 19.30 or 1\2 hour after finish of play. They kicked us out at 18.00pm. It was never going to be later. Everything set up for 18.00pm finish. Staff , venue , match. Your information was incorrect. We lost 2 hours of our day which we had paid a considerable amount of money for. Next year you MUST put the correct times on as it definitely gives out a negative vibe to what otherwise was a very good event

The Tennis was great

The Tennis was great. However the stated entry time was 10.30am. Did not open until 11am. The stated finish time was 19.30 or 1\2 hour after finish of play. They kicked us out at 18.00pm. It was never going to be later. Everything set up for 18.00pm finish. Staff , venue , match. Your information was incorrect. We lost 2 hours of our day which we had paid a considerable amount of money for. Next year you MUST put the correct times on as it definitely gives out a negative vibe to what otherwise was a very good event
