We had an excellent experience dining in two Michelin star restaurants in Monaco and staying at the fantastic Hotel de Paris. It will be something we remember for many years to come. It was well considered and a delight to add to it our memories of other events with Imperial. Thoroughly recommend.

As a business and privately, have regularly used Imperial. Cameron Cleaver is a great point of contact - very helpful and understands what we/ I need. Big thanks also to Caitlin and Jessica who recently provided on the ground support on a recent Monaco restaurant trip. It was a great trip overall and both were brilliant in organising a group of adults (worse than kids at times?!) in a professional and friendly manner.

The core of this two-night trip to Monaco is a special dinner at Mirazur. The restaurant is not in Monaco itself, but a short drive away in Menton, set in a 1930s building overlooking the sea, a stone's throw from the Italian border. The dinner marks the restaurant's 20th anniversary. It's a three-Michelin-star spot, and was named the world's best restaurant in 2019. The chef, Mauro Colagreco, is known for a style of cooking tied to his gardens, which climb the hillside behind the restaurant. The point of this particular evening is the guest chef: Ferran Adrià. Adrià's restaurant, El Bulli, was a legendary name in modern cooking, and he is joining the kitchen for this one-off event. It’s a meeting of two of the most significant chefs of the last twenty years. The package includes a two-night stay, so you'll have time to see a bit of Monaco as well.

Weather

September in the French Riviera is a dream. Expect warm, sunny days with average temperatures around 24°C. The Hotel de Paris was outstanding as were the 2 restaurants we visited for our evening meals. Met some amazing people and the Imperial girls Caitlin & Jessica were fantastic keeping everyone informed of the daily plans. Definitely lots of memories made.
