We had an excellent experience dining in two Michelin star restaurants in Monaco and staying at the fantastic Hotel de Paris. It will be something we remember for many years to come. It was well considered and a delight to add to it our memories of other events with Imperial. Thoroughly recommend.

As a business and privately, have regularly used Imperial. Cameron Cleaver is a great point of contact - very helpful and understands what we/ I need. Big thanks also to Caitlin and Jessica who recently provided on the ground support on a recent Monaco restaurant trip. It was a great trip overall and both were brilliant in organising a group of adults (worse than kids at times?!) in a professional and friendly manner.

French Riviera Michelin Tour VIP Travel

This is a short, focused trip for someone who understands food. You'll be in Monaco for three nights in early September, with the express purpose of dining at two of the Riviera's three-Michelin-starred restaurants. It’s a study in contrasts. First, you have Le Louis XV, Alain Ducasse’s restaurant at the Hôtel de Paris. It’s a grand dining room, a place of real Monegasque polish, that serves as the stage for his vision of Riviera cuisine. The cooking is precise and confident, a testament to decades of perfecting the classics. It feels like a snapshot of the Côte d'Azur's timeless appeal. And then you have Mirazur. A completely different feeling. You’ll travel a short way to its setting overlooking the Mediterranean. Here, chef Mauro Colagreco’s cooking is tied directly to his own terraced gardens. The menu changes with what the land provides each day. It’s a much more modern, almost poetic, approach to the region’s flavours. So, you get two distinct masters, back-to-back. One a legend of French gastronomy, the other a modern star. A fascinating comparison, I think.

Weather

September in the French Riviera is a dream. Expect warm, sunny days with average temperatures around 24°C. The summer crowds have thinned, making it perfect for leisurely strolls along the beach and al fresco dining. The Hotel de Paris was outstanding as were the 2 restaurants we visited for our evening meals.
