Our best tips

Weather

London in July is typically mild, with averages of 13–20°C. You will be indoors for the event, but a jacket will serve you well for getting there and back.

Dress code

There is no strict dress code for concert hospitality, but most guests dress smart casual. The hospitality dining experience is typically a step up from general admission, so dress accordingly.

Don't forget

Check your booking confirmation for the hospitality opening time. Most concert hospitality begins two to three hours before the performance, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the full experience.

A Great Experience with Imperial

I booked the premium hospitality experience with Imperial for the Lewis Capaldi concert at the O2 London. The whole evening was wonderful, from our pre-show dinner to the service in our private box viewing area. Daniella McBride at Imperial, who arranged everything for us, was excellent throughout. As a result, I've now booked another event with her!

Amazing time had at Chris Stapleton at…

Amazing time had at Chris Stapleton at the o2. The meal out at Groucho, the booth, I’m pregnant so access to the loos and drinks and not jostling in the crowds was just what we wanted. Great seats…. Recommend a high seat at the bar too- we liked it up there as you can dance and with a great view. Superb. Thanks Greg for organising it for me and my other half, we don’t usually come to London and so having it all sorted was what I had wanted. We would book again in a heartbeat - after the babies have arrived!! Lauren D xx

Frequently Asked Questions

The history of Bruno Mars The Romantic Tour

The history of

Bruno Mars The Romantic Tour

Bruno Mars has spent the better part of two decades proving that pop music and genuine musicianship are not mutually exclusive. From a childhood spent impersonating Elvis in Honolulu to headlining stadiums worldwide, his trajectory is built on an almost absurd breadth of talent: songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and one of the most compelling live performers of his generation. The Romantic Tour brings him to London's O2 Arena in 2026, supporting his fifth solo studio album and marking his return to the UK stage after a run of sold-out Las Vegas residencies.

A five-year-old Elvis impersonator steals the show in Honolulu.

Vintage vinyl records evoking the retro musical roots of Bruno Mars

Before Bruno Mars existed, there was a five-year-old in a sequinned jumpsuit running the room.

Peter Gene Hernandez, born in 1985 to a family of musicians in Honolulu, Hawaii, begins performing in his father's doo-wop revue show at the age of four. By five, he is appearing as "Little Elvis" in a local production, catching the attention of audiences and eventually earning a cameo in the 1992 film Honeymoon in Vegas. Music is not a career choice for the young Mars; it is simply the family business.

2004

Mars moves to Los Angeles and begins the long apprenticeship.

Before anyone knew the name, he was quietly writing the hits they sang along to.

After graduating from high school, Mars relocates to Los Angeles to pursue a recording career. The early years are lean. He signs with Motown Records, is quickly dropped, and spends several years writing and producing for other artists. It is behind the scenes that he hones his craft, co-writing hits for the likes of Flo Rida, Brandy, and Sean Kingston. The stage name "Bruno Mars" sticks, borrowed from a childhood nickname and the planet, because he felt his music was "out of this world".

2010

"Just the Way You Are" makes Bruno Mars a household name overnight.

Concert crowd in a large arena with colourful stage lights

Twelve million albums sold; one summer to go from unknown hitmaker to household name.

After featured appearances on B.o.B's "Nothin' on You" and Travie McCoy's "Billionaire", both of which reach the top of the charts, Mars releases his debut album Doo-Wops & Hooligans in October 2010. Lead single "Just the Way You Are" hits number one in multiple countries. The album sells over 12 million copies worldwide. At 25, Mars transitions from anonymous hitmaker to global pop star in the space of a single summer.

2012

Unorthodox Jukebox proves the debut was no fluke.

Two number-ones and a Grammy; Mars may be pop's last true genre-hopper.

Mars's second album, Unorthodox Jukebox, debuts at number one on the Billboard 200 in December 2012. It is a deliberate pivot: heavier on funk, reggae, and rock influences, with singles like "Locked Out of Heaven" and "When I Was Your Man" dominating radio. The album earns him his first Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album. Critics note that Mars is one of the few modern pop artists who can credibly shift genres without losing his audience.

2014

The Super Bowl XLVIII halftime show cements his status as a live force.

At 28, he was the youngest halftime headliner in over twenty years; the drum solo alone settled the argument.

On 2 February 2014, Mars headlines the Super Bowl XLVIII halftime show at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. At 28, he is the youngest artist to headline the show in over two decades. The performance, watched by over 115 million viewers, opens with a drum solo and features a tight, James Brown-influenced set that silences any remaining doubts about his credentials as a live performer. He returns to the Super Bowl stage in 2016, joining Coldplay and Beyoncé for the Super Bowl 50 halftime show.

2016

24K Magic delivers the funk and sweeps the Grammys.

Live concert audience with vibrant stage lights and crowd energy

Six nominations, six wins; 24K Magic swept the Grammys clean.

Released in November 2016, 24K Magic is Mars at his most unashamedly retro: a love letter to 1990s R&B and Minneapolis funk. The title track, "That's What I Like", and "Finesse" all become massive hits. At the 60th Grammy Awards in January 2018, the album wins all six categories in which it is nominated, including Album of the Year, Record of the Year, and Song of the Year. The 24K Magic World Tour grosses over $300 million across 2017 and 2018, including sold-out nights at The O2 in London.

2021

Silk Sonic brings Anderson .Paak into the fold for a retro-soul masterclass.

Concert performance with atmospheric lighting

A throwback soul record made with live instrumentation still walked away with two of the Grammys' most coveted prizes.

Mars teams up with drummer and vocalist Anderson .Paak to form Silk Sonic, releasing An Evening with Silk Sonic in November 2021. The lead single "Leave the Door Open" wins Record of the Year and Song of the Year at the 2022 Grammys. The project is a deliberate throwback to 1970s soul, recorded with live instrumentation and a warmth that feels almost anachronistic in the streaming age. It reinforces Mars's reputation as a musician's musician, someone who treats genre history as a living thing rather than a museum piece.

2023

A record-breaking Las Vegas residency rewrites the rules.

Arena venue illuminated at night

One residency, three years, and a place among Las Vegas's highest-grossing concert runs ever.

Bruno Mars Live, his residency at the Dolby Live theatre at Park MGM in Las Vegas, runs from 2022 to 2024 and becomes one of the highest-grossing concert residencies in the city's history. The intimate setting suits Mars's showmanship perfectly: a tight band, elaborate choreography, and a setlist that spans his entire catalogue. The residency cements Las Vegas as a serious destination for contemporary pop artists, following the trail blazed by Adele and Beyoncé.

2026

The Romantic Tour brings Bruno Mars back to London's O2 Arena.

Nearly a decade between albums, 78 tour dates, and London still sold out first.

In February 2026, Mars releases The Romantic, his fifth solo studio album and first in nearly a decade. A soft-soul and disco-inflected record, it arrives to strong critical and commercial reception. The accompanying Romantic Tour, his fifth headlining world tour, spans 78 dates across Europe and North America from April to December 2026. London dates at The O2 Arena feature supporting acts including Raye and Victoria Monét. It is Mars's first full-scale touring run since the 24K Magic World Tour, and demand for tickets reflects the anticipation.
