London in July is typically mild, with averages of 13–20°C. You will be indoors for the event, but a jacket will serve you well for getting there and back.
There is no strict dress code for concert hospitality, but most guests dress smart casual. The hospitality dining experience is typically a step up from general admission, so dress accordingly.
Check your booking confirmation for the hospitality opening time. Most concert hospitality begins two to three hours before the performance, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the full experience.

A Great Experience with Imperial
I booked the premium hospitality experience with Imperial for the Lewis Capaldi concert at the O2 London. The whole evening was wonderful, from our pre-show dinner to the service in our private box viewing area. Daniella McBride at Imperial, who arranged everything for us, was excellent throughout. As a result, I've now booked another event with her!

Amazing time had at Chris Stapleton at the o2. The meal out at Groucho, the booth, I’m pregnant so access to the loos and drinks and not jostling in the crowds was just what we wanted. Great seats…. Recommend a high seat at the bar too- we liked it up there as you can dance and with a great view. Superb. Thanks Greg for organising it for me and my other half, we don’t usually come to London and so having it all sorted was what I had wanted. We would book again in a heartbeat - after the babies have arrived!! Lauren D xx
