A dedicated hospitality entrance takes you into the arena and straight to the lounge, which opens before the public doors. A selected buffet is served there before the show, and the complimentary bar pours selected beers, wines and soft drinks, with relaxed, unreserved seating. When the concert is about to start, you take your reserved seat in the arena. Seats are issued in a minimum of pairs. After the encore you go back to the lounge for an hour, and the complimentary bar opens again.
The lounge and its bar reopen for an hour after the show, so you are not heading for the exits with the whole arena.
A standard room with a double bed or twin beds, booked on twin occupancy, with breakfast each morning.

Our best tips
Weather
Late May in Paris is usually mild, around 20°C by day and cooler in the evening. Umbrellas are not allowed in the arena, so pack a light waterproof.
Luggage
Eurostar allows two pieces of luggage plus one small item of hand luggage. On concert night leave bags at the hotel: the arena allows only A4-size bags under 10 litres.
Travel
A group coach links Gare du Nord and the hotel in both directions. The arena is an 11-minute walk from the hotel, and you make your own way there and back.
