From the editorial
Field guides, dress codes, and insider notes from our hosts on the ground.
Henley is five days on the Thames. Stewards’ Enclosure, blazers, jugs of Pimm’s, racing from 8:30. The hospitality work is the riverside table, the boat-club introduction, and the transfer back to the hotel between heats and the evening regatta.
Why the Stewards' Enclosure at Henley?
A general badge for Henley puts you on the towpath. Stewards’ Enclosure puts you on the right side of the rope with a lawn, a riverside marquee, lunch and tea served, and an afternoon of racing watched from a chair rather than over a shoulder.
Every Henley booking carries Stewards’ Enclosure access, riverside hospitality, lunch and afternoon tea, and a named host on the ground.
The difference we make
Twenty-five years of working the Henley calendar. We know which Stewards’ day gets the best heats for a corporate booking, how the dress code is enforced (and how to brief it the week before), and which boat club introduction makes a difference when your guests are former oarsmen.
Every package carries a named host, dress-code briefings in writing, and transfers in and out timed around the evening regatta.
