A day at the races has five-and-a-bit hours of work to fill. The first race off at 1:30, the last at 5:45, hospitality in between. The package that wins is the one that handles the bookings, the dress-code questions, and the discreet word with the bookmaker.
What a hospitality package actually gets you
A race day without hospitality is a day on your feet between bookmakers. Hospitality gives you a private box or a hospitality marquee, lunch served on the right hour, and a sommelier-poured wine list that doesn’t pretend to be the public bar.
Every racing booking carries enclosure access matched to the meet, racecards with form notes, lunch and afternoon tea, and a named host through the card.

We know the difference between Royal Ascot's Queen Anne and Royal Enclosure, which Cheltenham box has the cleanest view of the home straight, and how Aintree changes between the first race and Grand National post-time.
