What to expect
A 15th-century building in Bray, now Heston Blumenthal's one-Michelin-starred pub. Scotch eggs, chops, proper puddings.
Outbound from Eton to the meeting; sit-down dinner on the return cruise along the river afterwards.
Only racecourse in Britain with an 8-shaped layout, built on a river island; summer flat racing at close quarters.
Royal Windsor's course crosses itself at the centre, giving spectators two views of every horse over the trip. Monday evening fixtures run with floodlights from May into August.
The course sits across the Thames from the royal residence. Boat into the meeting from the town, walk back along the towpath after racing; the Long Walk runs north from the castle.

Club Enclosure requires smart-casual; collared shirts and smarter jeans for gents. The Grandstand is more relaxed. Across both enclosures, T-shirts and fancy dress are not permitted.

Had an amazing day at Royal Windsor races preceded by 5 course lunch at the iconic Michelin starred Hind’s Head in Bray. The event was well organised by Imperial who took care of all the details including transfer to the races by river with free flowing champagne! Thank you Chloe Manders for suggesting this great experience.
Lunch prior to Windsor Races
We had a great lunch at The Hinds Head, Bray followed by a boat ride to Windsor and an excellent evening’s racing. The preparation ahead of the day was faultless ( thanks to Martin Wolfe at Imperial) as was our host on the day itself ( Suzanne). A great and memorable experience.
Great Experience
Great Welcome from host ( who checks throughout the day) . Meal in Hinds Head was lovely, transfer all good and boat trip marvellous down to Windsor. Great way to spoil clients or family. Nice they waited patiently for the boat trip back to see all that wanted to sail, did sail.
Done the Windsor Race night last week…
Done the Windsor Race night last week and the meal at Bray in the Michelin Star Restaurant. The food and the service were 7 stars, not 5, and the best meal I have ever eaten in a pub anywhere in the World. And boy I have traveled and am 77. The team was also first class on the day with there service. Wonderful day out

Windsor Racing
Windsor was a glorious event well hosted and hospitality was fantastic, only the poor betting was a disappointment, would thoroughly recommend this event, everyone enjoyed the day.

We had a great time at the races and the experience was unique with the fine dining and Thames cruise included as well. Very well organised and a lot of fun. We will definitely use Imperial Events again, thanks to Marcus in particular for making it happen!

A great day Well organised with a great offering of inclusive food and drinks Only criticism was that I couldn’t change champagne for a beer which seemed a little Bizarre ! However, excellent day none the less

Amazing experience day
A have recently been treated to a wonderful day out organised by Imperial Corporate Events. We began our day in the lovely village of Bray, greeted by our friendly host at the Michelin starred Hind’s Head where the food was simply delicious! There was a complimentary coach to Maidenhead where we boarded a river cruiser and where were offered an array of drinks followed by afternoon tea. Our trip took 2 hours along a picturesque route to the Royal Windsor races, ready for the evening entertainment. I have never been before but the atmosphere was fabulous. We boarded the cruiser at 9pm following the last race and were served a very welcome hot meal (the temperature had dropped significantly by then). There was tea/coffee and complimentary drinks for the duration of the trip. The timings of the day were perfect and the lady who was hosting was so helpful. We had an amazing day 😊
