The Waterside Inn Experience VIP Dining Packages

The Waterside Inn in Bray is the only restaurant outside of France to have held three Michelin stars for forty consecutive years. It’s still run by the Roux family, and the cooking is classical French gastronomy. You won’t find fleeting trends here; the focus is on the craft that earned the restaurant its reputation. There are two ways to approach a visit. The first option is a one-night stay which includes a workshop. This is for the guest who wants to understand the mechanics behind the meal. You’ll stay in one of the rooms and get a glimpse into the kitchen's precision before you dine. The second option begins in London, pairing the meal with a journey on the Belmond British Pullman train. You travel to Bray through the English countryside, with the journey itself forming a significant part of the day, before arriving for your meal at the Inn. Both packages offer a different way to engage with a restaurant that has become a benchmark for culinary consistency.
