Venice Simplon-Orient-Express in Vienna VIP Travel

This three-night trip to Vienna is built around a journey on the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express. The train itself is the real destination; Vienna is the rather lovely backdrop. It’s a return to a time when the journey was the point, not just the getting there. Once in Vienna, your time is your own. You're near the Vienna Opera House and the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Opus, but the city is there to be explored as you see fit. The structure of the trip is the journey there and back. You have a few options for your cabin on the train. The Historic Cabins are the originals, restored from the 1920s. For more space, there are the Grand Suites. And finally, there is the L'Observatoire Suite, which is a carriage unto itself. All offer a different way to travel, but the view from the window is much the same.
