Smart dress applies across the enclosures, and each hospitality space at Ascot has its own conventions. We'll brief you on exactly what your chosen package requires before the day.

What's included in the hospitality?

Every package includes a welcome glass of Champagne, a complimentary bar, racecards, the Tote, a resident tipster, reserved parking and an ICE host on the day. On top, your tier sets the dining: the Furlong Club is a trackside marquee with private tables, a four-course set menu, afternoon tea and a live band; On 5, the Parade Ring and the Panoramic are sit-down restaurants with a course view; a Private Box gives your group its own room, bar and balcony.

Which hospitality option should we pick?

Accepted Answer

Mostly it comes down to your group and what you want from the day. Fancy a bit of atmosphere? The Furlong Club is a marquee right by the home straight, four-course set menu, a band playing through the afternoon. The Parade Ring sits up in the Royal Enclosure, and that's where Eric Lanlard's afternoon tea is, looking over the paddock. The Panoramic is the one for serious food, a Michelin-designed luncheon then Raymond Blanc tea. On 5 is more straightforward, a fifth-floor restaurant with the course in view. Got 10 to 14 and want your own four walls? A Private Box, your own bar included.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. Champions Day is the finale of the British flat season and the better hospitality goes first. Get in touch as soon as your dates firm up and we'll hold what's left.

What's actually in the package?

Accepted Answer

Reserved enclosure access at your chosen hospitality space, the dining offer at that tier, and hosting on the day. We can layer in accommodation and transfers around it; just tell us what you need.

Is this set up for groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly handle corporate groups from four upwards. For larger parties a Private Box gives you your own space; smaller groups slot into the restaurants or the Furlong Club.
