Singapore Grand Prix Packages

The Singapore Grand Prix is Formula 1's original night race, held on the Marina Bay Street Circuit. It’s known for being one of the most physically demanding races on the calendar. The heat and humidity ask a lot of the drivers, and because it’s a street circuit, the walls are always close. Your tickets cover all three days of the event, from the Friday practice sessions through to the race on Sunday. The packages are built around a five-night stay, with two different hotels to choose from. One option is the St. Regis, located near the boutiques of Orchard Road. It’s known for its butler service, and the rooms feature marble bathrooms. It’s a classic hotel, a quiet remove from the track. The other choice is the Sheraton Towers. This provides a different base for your five nights in the city, with the same set of race-day tickets included.

Dress code

While there's no official dress code for the Singapore Grand Prix, it's wise to opt for loose-fitting clothes since September in Singapore can get pretty humid. Given the occasional downpour during the late summer months, having a light waterproof jacket or an umbrella handy is a smart move. Keep in mind that whatever shoes you decide to sport, might end up a bit dirty and damp. Especially around the Padang Stage concert area, which is set on grass—imagine what happens after a quick thunderstorm!

Weather

During the Singapore Grand Prix, temperatures can reach the high 20s to early 30s degrees Celsius with high humidity. Loose-fitting clothing is best to stay comfortable during your exciting few days away. While thunderstorms are common, they typically pass within an hour. In heavy rain, like in 2022, the race may be delayed for safety.

Formula 1 Singapore The main thing for us was that we were able to move our seats so we got a better view, it was a long way to go to just see the back of a car, what would have been even better was to have been able to go into the paddock area or even be close to the start or finish line but that I guess would have been a lot more expensive!! I was just grateful to have the experience of going to see Formula 1 in Singapore!
