Coldplay, Wembley Stadium, Diamond hospitality package

We purchased tickets to see Coldplay at Wembley Stadium from Imperial Corporate Events, Daniella McBride from Imperial sold me the Diamond hospitality package, when she explained what was involved within this package I was completely sold.....I must say I wasn't dissapointed! From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, the food, drink, service and surroundings were amazing, our seats had the best view in the house and Coldplay weren't too bad either! A big thank you to Daniella and her team, everything we were sold was as good if not better than we had been led to beleive so I would definately use Imperial again for corporate hospitality and I would recommend them to anyone interested in booking a an event.

Everything worked like clockwork from arriving at the 02 going to Gaucho restaurant where the meal was excellent and the staff very attentive, to getting into the arena finding our box getting seated over looking the stage, the staff in the box very attentive and helpful good selection of drinks getting out after the concert was hectic but it kept moving so not a real problem

From booking experience with Marcus to the event itself was great. Marcus was on the end of the phone to resolve any problems or queries I had - in fact every person I spoke to on the phones during the several months from booking to going to the O2 to see Andrea Bocelli were friendly, knowledgable and so easy to deal with. Meal prior to the concert was excellent and the concert itself was amazing with hospitality throughout! Thoroughly enjoyed the whole occasion and looking forward to our next Imperial Corporate Event!

We had not been to the Albert Hall before so we were unsure what to expect. The staff were very professional and the service in the box was very good. The attentiveness was just at the right level so as not to be intrusive. The performance of Corteo was spectacular and the acrobatics amazing. The drinks and food was very good and more than enough for 4 people.

Taylor Swift Eras Tour Wembley

Wonderful service from booking all the way through to the event (shout out to Gee!). Tickets were available 48 hours prior to the event so we could distribute to our guests who were arriving from all over the country/world. Only complaint is the price markup. Tickets were already marked up +50% (which is fine) but then the "service fee" of 20% on top of that is a lot.

Taylor Swift corporate box at Wembley. I was very nervous when first dealing with Imperial, I had the feeling they just want your money. However, I had constant contact with one of their staff, Scarlet, who answered every question. Last night we did the event and it was first class, seats were perfect, the food, drink and service were faultless. I will be using Imperial again.

Outstanding! I went to see Morgan Wallen (who was excellent by the way) in Hyde Park - I got VIP tickets through Imperial and the level of service was exceptional. There are a few different packages that Hyde Park offer (e.g. a different package for access to the ‘paid for’ bar, food vouchers included etc etc) - but I just asked Imperial for the package they recommended and they sorted it with zero hassle - meeting me on the day to handover the tickets. A truly prestige service.

Taylor Swift Paris experience

I've just returned from an amazing weekend in Paris seeing Taylor Swift. The whole trip was super well organised. The ICE team were on-hand to answer any queries and I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for that special experience for clients/friends/family, or yourself! Two small thoughts for future events - as the concert tickets were VIP, it would've been great to have had Premier level seats on the Eurostar too, in keeping with the VIP nature. And despite the concert tickets being VIP, we were turned away from the merch stand even though other VIP ticket holders were receiving goody bags. So it would've been nice if that was included. Overall though it was an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience :)

Great show and good food but unnecessarily rushed

We attended the Peter Kay show and the Gaucho restuarant beforehand. We liked the product and the booking of it was simple. The hosts in the box at the venue were excellent but the information for downloading the necessary apps for entry to the venue was complicated for me, being a little lacking in technical knowledge. I also felt that the meal beforehand was unnecessarily rushed as the information from ICE said that we had to get into the venue 90 minutes after arriving for the 5pm dinner. We would have happily stayed longer in the restaurant, paying for more drinks and enjoying the ambience rather than rushing up to an empty box in a fairly empty venue at 6.30pm. a full 90 minutes before the show was scheduled to start.

Our box experience at The Albert

Our box experience at The Albert Hall for a Cirque du Soleil performance couldn’t have been faulted. All 12 of us agreed it was a brilliant experience the moment we entered into it. From our lovely butler to the position of the box in regard to the performance everything was there to make our evening special. The food was varied and delicious and our one vegetarian said the same about hers, the popcorn on our seats and the goody bag all added to us feeling more special than any other spectators. I hope my box for the Eric Clapton concert brings as much pleasure.

Coldplay, Wembley Stadium, Diamond hospitality package

We purchased tickets to see Coldplay at Wembley Stadium from Imperial Corporate Events, Daniella McBride from Imperial sold me the Diamond hospitality package, when she explained what was involved within this package I was completely sold.....I must say I wasn't dissapointed! From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, the food, drink, service and surroundings were amazing, our seats had the best view in the house and Coldplay weren't too bad either! A big thank you to Daniella and her team, everything we were sold was as good if not better than we had been led to beleive so I would definately use Imperial again for corporate hospitality and I would recommend them to anyone interested in booking a an event.

Robbie Williams was great, Question why did the people on same table with same package that booked through butler associates pay far less than ourselves, I don’t mind handling fees which you have charged on top of our tickets which where £899 each, butler associates £650 each, surely I should go straight to them do you not 🤔????

Everything worked like clockwork from arriving at the 02 going to Gaucho restaurant where the meal was excellent and the staff very attentive, to getting into the arena finding our box getting seated over looking the stage, the staff in the box very attentive and helpful good selection of drinks getting out after the concert was hectic but it kept moving so not a real problem
