Autumn Racing Weekend and Beer Festival Hospitality

The Autumn Racing Weekend at Ascot combines top-class flat racing with a proper beer festival, spread across the Friday and Saturday. It’s a more relaxed affair than the summer season; you’ll see a different crowd, and the focus shifts slightly from fashion to the horses themselves. You have a few ways to plan your day. For a modern fine dining experience, there's the ON 5 Restaurant. It’s on the fifth floor of the Grandstand, so you get these sweeping views across the track. You have a private table for the day, and there’s a roof terrace for stepping out between races. The Panoramic Restaurant is another option. As the name suggests, the views are a key part of the appeal. Your day here includes a car park pass, a racecard to follow the runners, and access to a tipster who might be able to point you towards a potential winner. If you want a space just for your own party, a Private Box is the way to go. You get your own furnished room with a private bar and dining area, looking out over the course. It’s like having your own small apartment for the afternoon, right in the middle of the action.

Dress code

In the King Edward VII Enclosure, a formal dress code is required during Flat Race Season. Ladies should dress for a smart occasion and gentlemen are required to wear a jacket with a collared shirt and tie. Many guests opt for a winter coat and hat also due to the time of year.
