How are travel and transfers handled?

The package includes economy class flights from London to Johannesburg, an internal flight to Cape Town, and a final return flight to London. All group transfers between airports, hotels, and the train station are pre-arranged and included in the itinerary. Once the group arrives back at a London airport, guests are responsible for making their own onward travel arrangements to their final destination.

What is the dress code onboard Rovos Rail?

During the day, the dress code is smart casual, and flat, comfortable shoes are recommended as the train is in motion. Evenings are a formal affair; gentlemen must wear a collar and tie, while ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail or evening dresses.
