Taste Bordeaux Tour VIP Dining Packages

This two-night trip to Bordeaux focuses on the two pillars of the region's reputation: its food and its wine. You'll have dinner at Le Pressoir d'Argent, Gordon Ramsay's two-Michelin-starred restaurant in the InterContinental Bordeaux. The name is a direct reference to the solid silver lobster press that is a fixture in the dining room; it's one of only a few in the world. The press is used at your table to extract every last drop of flavour from the shell, which tells you a great deal about the kitchen's attitude to local seafood. The package also includes private tours of three local wineries. This takes you out of the city and into the vineyards to see the cellars and the production process, which concludes with a tasting of the estate's wines.
