Monaco F1 Fairmont Hospitality

Well organised and a great experience. During the build-up Gee was fantastic and kept us informed of arrangements and updates. In Nice/Monaco, Jess did all she could with some challenges of no fault of Imperial. Fairmont hospitality was brilliant and an excellent view form the balcony over-looking the hairpin. We've been to many F1 hospitality (LV, Silverstone, Spa, etc) and this experience was up there with them. Would thoroughly recommend.

Over all it was a good experience; Two things to improve 1) The Grandstands were completely open with mo shade and it was very hot with direct sun...we didn't know this. 2) Our Diet was not catered for well even though we mentioned that 4 of us have dietary restrictions. Breakfast was extremely limited on all days....

Had 3 nights in Cannes for the Monaco Grand Prix. Smooth sailing (and flying) all the way. Expert event staff led the way for our first GP experience. Very impressive Hotel (and Casino). The race was even better. Was recommended Imperial Corporate Events by a friend and will do the same for anyone else, especially for a trip to Monte Carlo. 5***** !!

Just been to Silverstone with Imperial Corporate Events for the F1 Grand Prix. Finley Verrall was amazing dealing with all of the booking and arrangements in advance! Everything was smooth with the booking, tickets and travel thanks to Finley! On the day itself, met Rebecca Mahony and she was incredibly knowledgeable regarding other F1 events and generally, thoroughly lovely to speak to! I highly recommend Imperial Corporate Events… these guys know their stuff!

Great trip to beautiful Barcelona - fab times at track, amazing hotel and smooth inbetween

Overall it was a great trip, fabulous hotel, friendly reps and it all just worked smoothly and swiftly on the various transfers. The selected seats at the track were amongst the best available and halleluiah for a canopy overhead as it was either scorching hot or tipping it down for our trip. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is down to the pre-trip admin and info - I just felt I was left not knowing which airports and timings until quite late on. When I followed up with the central team on anything they were always helpful and responsive. Unexpected overlap with St Juan celebrations meant there was loads of fireworks on the Sunday night which was a bonus!

Amazing experience

This is my first time using imperial corporate events and I’ve already signed up to next years event! They did a Silverstone experience where we travelled up on the Northern Belle train to the circuit and then back to Euston on the train again. Both experiences were incredible, the service both at the event and when booking was really good, and a big thanks to Jordan for booking me in with great ease. They even dealt with a complete ‘out of the blue’ issue incredibly well, where one of the coaches was involved in an accident on the way to collect us, but a new one was dispatched swiftly and communicated very well by the staff on site, and it arrived with little impact on the day. All in all, a great experience, and I will defitniely use them again!

I made a last minute request to sort flights, accommodation, transfers and tickets for the Grand Prix in Monaco. ICE dealt with this instantly and everything was sorted within 24hrs which was super impressive. The only negative aspect about the experience is the number of sales calls promoting other events.

Superb hotel and incredible breakfast! The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. The seating at the track was perfect- great view of a few twists & straights. The Imperial staff were friendly and helpful. BE WARNED FERRARI WORLD IS FOR YOUNG AND SMALLER PEOPLE. It is not a museum as the few cars are models, not even the real thing. Height restrictions upwards!! Room service not good-drowning in mayonnaise! Pretty poor for 5 ⭐️ The flight’s decent. All round excellent weekend.

Excellent Monaco trip

I’ve just been to the Monaco Grand Prix with Imperial last weekend and it was smooth sailing from the moment of booking onwards! Daniella in sales is a pleasure to deal with, the events girls are extremely professional aswell. I have Royal Ascot in the next few weeks which I am now extremely looking forward to! Will most definitely be booking more going forward.

Exceptional!

We booked the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in Nov-22 as a surprise 60th birthday present for my father. I was more than a little reticent due to previous Trust Pilot reviews, but in all honesty the entire experience was exceptional. A very nice young lady named Gee took care of all the booking details in advance and the Imperial Team in-location were incredible - transfers ran seamlessly, the hotel was amazing and Yas Marina is a real sight to behold. I would definitely book with ICE again and highly recommend them. Thanks Gee - you were great!

Formula 1 Singapore The main thing for us was that we were able to move our seats so we got a better view, it was a long way to go to just see the back of a car, what would have been even better was to have been able to go into the paddock area or even be close to the start or finish line but that I guess would have been a lot more expensive!! I was just grateful to have the experience of going to see Formula 1 in Singapore!

What can I say from Wow, from start to the end Abu Dhabi GP was excellent staying at the Atlantis palm for the 3rd time going to the F1 eating in the underwater restaurant to the ICE staff helping with the PCR's chasing results to giving you advice was second to none, roll on Singapore 2022, Thank you to Jodie,Toni,Olivia. Monaco F1 Fairmont Hospitality

Well organised and a great experience. During the build-up Gee was fantastic and kept us informed of arrangements and updates. In Nice/Monaco, Jess did all she could with some challenges of no fault of Imperial. Fairmont hospitality was brilliant and an excellent view form the balcony over-looking the hairpin. We've been to many F1 hospitality (LV, Silverstone, Spa, etc) and this experience was up there with them. Would thoroughly recommend.

Over all it was a good experience; Two things to improve 1) The Grandstands were completely open with mo shade and it was very hot with direct sun...we didn't know this. 2) Our Diet was not catered for well even though we mentioned that 4 of us have dietary restrictions. Breakfast was extremely limited on all days....

What is a DRS Zone?

A DRS (Drag Reduction System) zone in Formula 1 is a designated area on a race track where drivers can activate the DRS to reduce aerodynamic drag and increase their car's speed, making it easier to overtake. The DRS system involves a flap in the rear wing of the car that opens to decrease downforce and drag. Drivers can only use DRS in these zones and typically only if they are within one second of the car ahead at a designated detection point. This rule is in place to enhance the excitement of the race by facilitating more overtaking opportunities.
