Great Milton sits in the Oxfordshire countryside, twenty minutes east of Oxford. Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, Raymond Blanc's two-Michelin-star kitchen, has held its rating since 1984 and runs a cookery school and seventeen-acre kitchen garden alongside the hotel.
A Le Manoir booking is a long lunch followed by an overnight stay, or a dinner and breakfast in the same kitchen. Hospitality holds the table the public booking system can't, with the menu pre-cleared and the kitchen-garden walk-through arranged before service.
