Why is the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix also known as the Imola Grand Prix?

The Emilia Romagna Grand Prix is often referred to as the Imola Grand Prix because it takes place at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari, commonly known as the Imola circuit. The track is located near the town of Imola in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy. The circuit has a long history in Formula 1, having previously hosted the San Marino Grand Prix from 1981 to 2006.
