Frequently Asked Questions

In pairs, so bookings run in even numbers: two, four, six and so on. Your seats are on the stadium floor, reserved and numbered, with the block and row printed on the ticket.

The pitch is boarded over for the concert and laid out with seating that runs back from the stage, so you are on the flat in front of it rather than up in the tiers. The seats are numbered and yours for the evening.

The Parkgate is on the other side of Westgate Street from the stadium, about two minutes on foot, which counts for most on the walk back afterwards. The Celtic Manor is thirteen miles east in the Usk Valley, with grounds and a spa, and a coach brings you in for the concert. Tell us which suits and we will hold it.

Not as standard. The coach runs one way, from the hotel to the stadium before the concert, and getting back is a separate arrangement. If you would rather have transport waiting at the end of the night, say so when you enquire and we will put it in place.

One night. You check in on the Saturday, go to the concert that evening, and check out after breakfast on the Sunday. Check-in at The Parkgate is from four in the afternoon.

This one is for adults. Guests under 18 have to be with someone over 18, alcohol rules are enforced through the evening, and anyone who looks under 25 will be asked for photographic identification.
