They are second to none!
Dave V

Royal Enclosure Ascot 2022. We visited the above purchasing the tickets from Imperial Events. Imperial has provided us with corporate hospitality for around 15 years visiting all the major sporting events in the UK and abroad from Horse Racing, Golf, Tennis, Rugby, F1 etc etc etc. They are second to none and always come up trumps. In the case of the Royal enclosure is was by far the best days racing ever, even considering we didn't win too much money!! The level of service was exemplary, food outstanding and the vintage champers one of the best ever. My thanks to Emma for her level of service, she really does take care of clients. Thanks again Emma!!!!

Recently attended Ascot Races hosted by Imperial. The organisation prior to the event, attention to detail and attentiveness during the event was second to none. No request was too much trouble and they truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. The team are personable and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend and I’m pleased to have found such a reliable events company.

Truly pampered for the day!
Davidson K

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the Imperial corporate event's team. We attended Royal Ascot " The old Paddock" and were greeted by a lovely hostess with a glass of Prosecco who ensured that my party were truly pampered for the day. Had an excellent view of the races, superb meal and afternoon tea. The complimentary bar was well stocked and we managed to win a few pounds. Excellent event 🥂

Imperial are both customer and employee-focused, making sure that all events supplied are organised in a professional and very friendly manner. I attended Royal Ascot this year on two different days, on different hospitality packages and they were both superb.

Ladies Day Royal Ascot
Imperial Client

Recently went to Ladies Day at Royal Ascot and had a lovely time. This was a “rollover” from 2020, so a long time coming. Slight hiccup in ticketing but all resolved in time and a lovely day was had by our party of 6.

I wouldn’t want to do the races any other way!
Imperial Client

I attended Ascot races with Imperial, it really was a new experience for me and I was amazed by how well looked after I was. It was a cold day so the luxury marquee with endless drinks and multiple courses was so well received in between races. The service was incredible and I wouldn’t want to do the races any other way!

I’m a fairly new client to Imperial Corporate Events. My first experience with the company was Royal Ascot The Villiers this year. The ease of booking from start to finish was brilliant, from first contact with my account manager to a query just a couple of days before, all handled so proffesionally. What can i say it was everything i was sold and more, great hospitality, great atmosphere, great service and even had a few winners. Perfect facility for entertaining clients in a relaxed atmosphere. Already booked in for 2 dates next year, and looking forward to the rest of the events i’m booked in for.I wouldn’t use anybody else for my hospitality!! Great work Imperial Corporate Events keep it up!!

Easy Process
Imperial Client

We booked Royal Ascot last year with Imperial after dealing with Jess in the London office. She caught me at good moment as wouldn't usually go for something like this on a spur. Easy process after confirming and Royal Ascot event is another class. Have rebooked for 2023.

Best day ever!
Lewis K

Purchased tickets to Ascot races in June, the day was totally amazing!! Best seats in the house, unlimited food and drink with great service. Best day ever! Elliot treated me and my friends with the utmost respect and was on hand from the first phone call right until after the event to ensure we had the most perfect time. Waited on us the whole day which he really didn’t need to do. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Can’t wait to book my next event.
