How early does the day start?
The usual opening time is two and a half hours before kick-off. For a 3pm match, that would mean arriving from 12.30pm. Arsenal can change the opening time for an individual fixture, so your matchday information will give the confirmed arrival details.
Those hours are useful if you're bringing someone you want to spend time with. You can eat before the game and catch up without trying to fit lunch into the half-time interval. If you're hosting a client who follows Arsenal, the pre-match time gives you a chance to talk before their attention turns to the pitch.
Your entrance and seat details come with the booking. Club Level has its own access points, so the arrival instructions matter even if you've been to the Emirates in a different stand before.
What happens with food and drinks?
Cannon Club Level includes a pre-match food voucher for the Club Level outlets. You choose from the food available under that voucher, rather than sitting down to a set three-course meal. The exact dishes can change, so a named menu item shouldn't be the reason you choose this option.
The drinks allowance is also specific. Your booking includes a voucher for four drinks, plus a separate drink at half-time. It isn't an unlimited bar throughout the day.

For friends who want to eat before the game without making a restaurant meal the centre of the afternoon, this format makes sense. If a reserved dining table is important for your guests, we can establish that before recommending the right option. The stadium has several dining spaces, and access to one doesn't mean access to all of them.
Where do you watch the football?
Your Cannon Club Level seat is padded and sits behind the goal at the Clock End. You leave the indoor areas to watch from that seat in the stadium. The lounge and the match seat are two separate parts of the visit.
The Clock End position gives you a view along the length of the pitch. If you'd prefer to watch from the side of the ground, that needs to be part of the conversation before the booking is confirmed. Club Level seats run around the stadium, so two bookings described as Club Level can have different viewing positions.
For a group, the seat arrangement matters as much as the room. We confirm the available seating together before you commit, rather than treating a shared booking as a guarantee of one continuous row.
Can you go back inside after the match?
The Cannon Club Level arrangement described here allows an hour after the final whistle. You can return indoors and carry on the conversation before leaving the stadium. That extra time is useful if your guests would rather finish the afternoon together than head straight for the station.
The hour describes access to the facilities. It doesn't add another meal or an unlimited post-match drinks allowance. Your food and drink inclusions remain those confirmed with the booking.
What's the dress code?
Arsenal's published hospitality guidance specifies smart casual dress and allows Arsenal shirts and colours. Opposition colours aren't permitted on Club Level. For a group coming from work, a shirt or knitwear with trousers is a straightforward choice. It doesn't need to become a formal-dinner outfit.
These are home-supporter areas. If you're inviting clients who support the visiting team, that matters when we discuss where to place your group. An Arsenal lounge shouldn't be chosen on the assumption that it's a neutral space for both sets of supporters.
Who is Cannon Club Level right for?
Cannon Club Level suits a couple or a group whose main interest is the match and who want time for food and conversation around it. If your visit depends on a private room, a hosted meal or a player appearance, those need to be separately confirmed. They're not part of the Cannon inclusions described here.
Can you add a stadium tour to the day?
The Cannon offering includes a museum or stadium-tour voucher. If you use it for a stadium tour, that visit is on a non-matchday. It shouldn't be planned as a trip through the dressing rooms just before kick-off. The museum option can be used on a matchday, subject to its opening and redemption arrangements.
